Below are the Year To Date market details for Muscogee, Harris, Lee & Russell Counties Jan 1- June 30, 2020:
🏡 Muscogee & Harris Counties (from the Columbus Board of Realtors MLS)
Closed Sales Jan 1- June 30 = 1413 (only 153 homes less than 2019- down appx 9.8%)
*Price Range Breakdown:
Under $100,000- 301 (21%)
100k- 200k- 511 (36%)
200k-300k- 362 (26%)
300k-400k- 165 (12%)
400k-500k- 37 (2.5%)
Over 500k- 37 (2.5%)
Take-away… 62% of the homes in Muscogee & Harris Counties that sold & closed were between 100k- 300k. This same range was 61% in 2019.
🏡 Russell & Lee Counties (from the East Alabama Board of Realtors MLS)
Closed Sales Jan 1- June 30 = 579 (only 89 homes less than 2019- down appx 13.32%)

Under $100,000- 55 (9%)
100k- 200k- 291 (50%)
200k-300k- 190 (33%)
300k-400k- 33 (6%)
400k-500k- 6 (1%)
Over 500k- 3 (-1%)
Take-away… 83% of the homes in Russell & Lee Counties that sold & closed were between 100k- 300k. This same range was 82% in 2019.
