Biltmore Estates is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is a well-established neighborhood with many of our neighbors having lived here 20-30 years or more! You can quickly learn the history of the street, from one of our friendly neighbors, that has lived here since the neighborhood was first built!

The location of this home is just perfect! If you are a lover of the outdoors or running/walking you will love this area. You can run or take a family stroll to the public park just ½ mile from your front door. We have done this frequently, as a family, or just to get in some exercise. The nearby park includes a 2 mile trail around a scenic lake and also has a playground and pavilion area for gathering.

The inside of the home is great for large family gatherings and we have hosted many family functions here. We have enjoyed sitting in the living room and sunroom and mingling onto the large outdoor patio while the children play in the private backyard.
